Service, Professionalism, and Community
A word from the CEO and co-founder:
In 2020, Krysten and I founded Shasta Signings in response to conversations I had with local clients. They pointed out that while it was relatively easy to set up a notary appointment, the challenge lay in finding quality signing agents who could represent their brand well and handle appointments professionally. According to them, deadlines were frequently missed, professionalism was lacking, and documents were often returned without being executed correctly. As a result, there were funding conditions and docs were kicked back by underwriters and recorders.
Additionally, due to responsiveness issues, they encountered difficulty reaching the notary or company for support after the damage had been done. This all threatened to lose them their hard-won business as it directly affected their clients and end consumers. Krysten and I went to work to build a scalable solution that would benefit the teams I was supporting.
Through developing relationships with our clients and primarily word-of-mouth promotion, Shasta Signings, Inc. has expanded to serve clients nationwide. We’ve been blessed with a phenomenal team, and as a unit, we strive to uphold our original goal by fostering trust-based relationships, delivering solutions through the accountability systems we’ve put in place, and by always keeping a big picture mindset. It's not just a file and it's not just a notary; it’s so much more to us. We work with our many teams and notary partners in a spirit of teamwork, professionalism, and service. Our commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences continues to drive us today.
We’re grateful for the success we’ve had and hope you’ll make Shasta Signings, Inc. a part of your extended team. We’re responsive and here for you if you have any questions or needs.
