How do I become a preferred notary with your company?

Start by submitting a request through the "Notary Resources" section of our website. Ensure your credentials are up-to-date on your NotaryDash profile. We'll then contact you for a phone interview to discuss your qualifications and knowledge as a loan signing agent.


What does a notary public/loan signing agent do?

Notary publics deter fraud by checking identification, witnessing signatures, administering oaths and affirmations, and recording notarial acts. A notary public's main functions include 1) Verifying the identity of signers, 2) Confirming signers’ awareness/understanding of what they're signing, and 3) Ensuring signers are signing their document(s) willingly and without coercion.

Beyond general notary work, loan signing agents also understand and guide signers through real estate documents. For more information, we recommend reviewing your state’s notary public division.


Do you require an invoice from a notary when they complete a file for your company?

At this time, Shasta Signings does not require an invoice from a notary who has completed one of our signing appointments.

Absolutely! We manage mobile signings nationwide (including US territories), and offer Remote Online Notary (RON) services. As a solutions-oriented company, we're confident we can meet your needs, even for the most challenging requests.

Our dedicated team is committed to providing exceptional support whenever you need it. While our main operating hours are:

Monday - Wednesday: 7:00 AM - 9:30 PM PT
Thursday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM PT
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PT

Can I hire a notary to help me sign documents in another country?

Yes! We offer Remote Online Notary (RON) services through a network of skilled notaries. We can arrange an appointment for you to get your documents signed remotely. 


Are you an approved Signing Service?

We are approved by many law offices and escrow companies. Contact us at orders@shastasignings.com or 530-232-9525 to verify your company's status or inquire about hiring us to manage your signings.


Do you have E&O coverage?

Yes, our credentials are always up to date. We maintain $2 million in Errors & Omissions (E&O) coverage, along with cyber, business auto, and general liability policies.


How long have you been in business?

Shasta Signings, Inc. has been managing signings since August 2020. We specialize in real estate closing appointment management but can hire notaries for any notary need you may have. We hire notaries in every location nationwide including remote locations.
